It is very easy to overspend on vehicles that have been laid up, unused or are in pieces & boxed. I will usually give a quote with a set amount of hours, once these hours have been done, I will itemise & invoice work done so far.Once paid we can discuss further work to be done. This I find safe guards both me & you & keeps a check on your costs.

Because of the age of some vehicles, please allow for any additional proplems that may arise .Quotes given are only on a visual & prod at time they were given. 

Full care is taken with your vehicle whilst in my care. I guarantee all labour where new or reconditioned parts are fitted to rectify a fault for 3 months. Second hand parts supplied by myself or customer are solely down to customer.

I will not pay recovery costs or third party costs to rectify any faults which may be down to me. All repairs will be carried out by us, All repairs will be done in the work shop, unless other arrangments have been made & agreed, if a fault is not related to any previouse repair, then costs will incur & I will not release vehicle untill payment is made.

I have fully comp insurance, but to keep costs down, I do not have trade plates. So if a vehicle is not taxed, then road test is limited to local test & to & from test station.

Every care is taken to locate & test for any faults. Non running vehicles will have their systems or parts checked by us or an indepentant specialist.  Unless asked by customer, I will only change parts that are faulty & are needed for repair. At no time can I be held responsible for parts that causes a breakdown after vehicle returned to customer, unless new/reconditioned parts fitted are at fault.

Once vehicle work as been done I will invoice customer, I will not release vehicle untill payment made. If after  5 days no payment/contact  is made I will charge storage @ £8.00 per day. I will make every effort to follow this up With phone & letter contact to any given phone numbers or address given for vehicle. but If after 3 months from storage starts no payment/contact is made I will sell vehicle to cover costs & any monies over will be returned. The first 14 days,the vehicle will be dry stored, after which the vehicle will be moved to outside storage, If vehicle is to be sold, I will put vehicle up for sale  with a local auction house.
